Arkaya Shakti Policies

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

All sales are final. Your card will be held until time of service. Payments may be made via card through Square, Venmo, or Cash. No other forms of payment are allowed. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you fail to reschedule your appointment before that 24 hours you will be charged a free of $55 per treatment hour-appointment time. No Shows are not tolerated-nor are they eligible for any refunds. No Shows will be charged full treatment/ appointment amount. All new clients must book online and card will be held per policy. No exemptions will be made. All sales are final. No fees are eligible to be applied for future treatments, they are not deposits. Excessive rescheduling is highly frowned upon as you are taking time away from other clients and the staff of Arkaya Shakti Wellness & Ayurveda LLC.

Arkaya Shakti Wellness & Ayurveda reserves the right to terminate service if a client is sexually inappropriate.Male clients must wear underwear garments for all services. If this is boundary is not respected, service will be terminated. 

Programs
Consulting/Ayurvedic programs must be paid in full by program start date.  If a payment plan is needed 50% must be paid by program start date and the remaining 50% may qualify for a payment plan.  1-3 month payment plans will be allowed per signed contract.  3 months is the maximum time allowed for payment plans.
