October 30th-Building understanding of Doshas, the Doshic clock, and energies of the day. Creating awarness of the day and ourself as we move through time.
Novemeber 6th-Tastes & qualities of food. In Ayurveda the 6 tastes (gunas) of food and their qualities (gunas) play a key role in how balance can be restored to the body.
November 13th-Understanding the importance of morning routine and the beauty of mornings.
